3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• A confirmation fee of 30 MAD is required to secure your appointment
• Full payment terms will be discussed during the consultation
• All prices are in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partners

4. Project Timeline

Project timelines will be discussed and agreed upon during the initial consultation. We strive to deliver projects on time, but timelines may vary based on project complexity and client feedback.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Providing necessary content, images, and materials
• Making payments according to agreed terms

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all rights to the custom-developed website and code will be transferred to the client. AlamiHub retains the right to use the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability

AlamiHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
